The palm tree in the first picture is a flat palm tree. There are beautiful pine trees that remind us of home. We took a drive to the other side of the island to see Waimea Canyon. Parts of Jurassic Park were filmed in this canyon. Carrie made a picnic and we stopped along the way to enjoy that. Vic got a great picture of a rainbow in the canyon. We stopped at a funky little place, "Jo Jo's" for shave ice. Rob & Carrie say it's the best shave ice on the Island.
