A New Experience

Last week we had a new experience.  Vic was asked to give the opening prayer at an Investiture.    We have known Lita for about 20 years when their family moved to Grand Forks - her husband took a job at University of North Dakota and was Carrie's professor when she was in PT School.    Lita started working in a Law Firm and now has been appointed by Governor Dalrymple to the NE Central District Court of North Dakota.    Click on link and scroll down....

Family

Easter Sunday pictures - E started the day with a yellow dress but before we were off to church there was a silly putty incident.    The dress changed to red and the silly putty ended up in the garbage can.

It is so hard to get a picture of everyone looking their best, but at least the adults did well.     It was hard saying good-bye to this family.    Now, we wait to see where the next job takes this Lt. Colonel and family.

Easter Sunday

Rob, Carrie and Vic were up early to go to the Sunrise Service on the USS Missouri.

So, I'm guessing most all our friends didn't have hula dancers at their Easter Service today.      

After the Sunrise Service we all attended the Worship Service at the Hickam Base Chapel.
