The thermometer said 40 this morning and a family of Canada Geese visited our dock area. Usually they are not around our lake. Another visitor apparently visited overnight.
M noticed that a deer had had a great overnight salad as he munched on impatients and a hosta which we had just commented upon as being so beautiful... no more. But we enjoyed them all summer.
They must be very brave as these plants are right next to our trailer.
